We are trying to standardize the usage of Creo Illustrate across our company, and one thing that has been continually requested is a standard format or template that populates with some key information relative to the native CAD files we pull in from Windchill (P/N, Name, Industry Standard callouts, etc).
I understand you can create an XML template for Creo Illustrate when exporting to a 3D PDF through the "Save Figure As" > "Save as 3D File", but a lot of content is dropped when using this method due to limitations in Adobe.
Can an XML template be applied within Creo Illustrate for end users who plan to use Creo View as the main viewing software? If yes - does a tutorial exist somewhere on how to do this?
