Creo Schematics Prototype missing for port error

I am using Creo Schematics Release 4.0 and DatecodeM010

Hi, I'm trying to import a new design property file into my creo schematic file. But im getting an error I've never seen before which is failing my import. The dialog box displays "Prototype missing for port '1'".

Here are the errors that I faced
Import failed:
Prototype missing for port '1'
