Creo View 7.1 No Images displaying in main view

I have a user that we just upgraded to View 7.1 Lite and when opening pvs file it will show the thumbnail of the parts, but nothing shows up in the main view area except the name of the node opened in the view tree when hovering over where the part SHOULD be displayed.

What if you open this file in the Express version for comparison?

Same result, both programs were updated to match client company's as we were running Express 4.0 and View 4.1 previously
