During a measurement, the dialo box goes behind my main window in CreoView 4.0

During a measurement, the dialo box goes behind my main window in CreoView 4.0

Is there a way to be sure that this dialog box is always visible?

 this happened when connected to windchill

That is pretty much par for the course.  Creo parametric is fraught with these buried menus.
