Edit structure option in Creo illustrate is not highlighted,

I'm trying to move the Ebom of one of the component, since the option is not highlighted it is taking me a lot of time to moving it manually. It usually never happen. 
Kindly help me to identify a what was the problem
I'm using version 11, have full professional license

If you see 'Illustrate Professional' as the edition under File>Help>About Creo Illustrate as shown in the attached image.

Then I would suggest contacting tech support and raising a case.
