Fails to launch eSimulate Lite on Creo Schematics

I am using Creo Schematics 3.0 M020

While Launching eSimulate Lite button on Creo Schematics , it fails to launch



Here are the errors that I faced
Method call failed: V RSDSimStarter.go
Probe the components or geometry you want to select
