We are in the early stages of introducing Illustrate 3.0 here......
Working from the CREO 2.0 environment I am able to generate individual .pvz files for all the constituent parts of a moderate sized CAD assy, but when I attempt to create a .pvz file from the .asm file all I receive is a text file.
We don't operate a PDM system and we store CAD files in Explorer directories. I note however that if I create a folder on my desktop and backup the CREO files to it I can then generate the .pvz file from the .asm.
Anyone got any thoughts ??
