IsoDraw image transparency problem

I am working with TIF files and I need to turn image transparency on. I have created a macro that does this and it seems to work fine. My problem is when I save/export the file out with the transparency on everything appears fine. When I open the file again the transparency is turned off. I have tried not using the macro and manually changing the image transparency to on and then save/export the file with the same result, when I open the file again the transparency is off.

Does anyone know what might be causing this and how I can fix the problem?

I am using IsoDraw 7.1 F000

Can you upload the Macros you are using to make the TIFF images transperent?

Transperancy in IsoDraw? That is new to me

Transparency in Isodraw? do you mean the transparency in layer tab? the gray scale one?
