In Creo schematics how to trace path of multiple wires, in Pro diagram this option used used.

I think what you may be looking for although I'm not familiar with ProDiagram workings is, open Model Explorer, select your sheet to view the artifacts and shapes, select the shapes you want to show the path, and select the View Preview in Main Window. There is also the Format Report on the Data tab.
