I am trying to devise a mechanism that would duplicate the dynamics within
a gun barrel.
I got some information (graphs and figures) stating that the pressure and
consequently the acceleration of the bullet reach a peak after 2.25 inch
of travel within the barrel afterwards the acceleration diminishes as it
reaches the muzzle.
I need to reproduce the movement and the whole dynamics for some tests I
am performing for night vision devices I design.
If you have any idea and/or information resources and would like to share
with me I would appreciate it.
