Bolted joint simplification

Bolted joint simplification

Hello, how can I replace in simulation those kind of bolted joints so preload is included. I need to create linear simulation with bolted joints and analyse those joints so they are accurately represented.
The problem is Creo simulate can't create bolted joint while there are more than two parts bolted togeather. Can those bolted joints be recreated as a  beam structure or any kind of spring structure?

Thank you in advance

If the bolted joint is to be examined in detail in Simulate (e.g. preload, exact bolt force, etc.), a contact analysis (non-linear) is required.

I don't know of any alternative.

We use contact bolted joints, and during the design phase, we sometimes need to analyze them analytically.
So that is why it is important to have basic knowlege about joint and only then model this using contacts(takes a lot of preparation and time to simulate).

Here is a test with a volume region (aluminium)

Thank you so much for your response but if i look at the results there are too many unknown stuff is going on for me.
For example:

  • Stress distribution inside of a model

  • Discontinuity in bonded interface
how does not bonded interface transfer everything?!

I do like this trick using one part replacing multiple by adding volume region. But there are too many unknown stuff happening inside.
Also numbers are correct. Contact force in both interfaces are exactly the same as a bolt pretension but for some reason stress distribution is very strange

here is a documentation on screw connections in simulate
