I am using Creo Simulate Release 6.0 and Datecode 6.0.6.0
CREO SIMULATE NOT GENERATING BONDED SURFACE VIA THE WELD CONNECTION TOOL
Here are the errors that I faced
SIMULATION FAILS BECUASE IT IS NOT PROPERLY CONSTRAINED

Update: changing the weld size from .25 to .5 has cause the weld to bond correctly (both surfaces bonded). But still have problem with smaller weld size. Software problem or user problem?
