in CREO 7 SImlive, is it possible to default the stress unit to MPa ? kPa is rather annoying
I am also looking for the option to have MPa in the 'simulation report.
Thanks

John

Those responses are good, but the following information will round out the answer.
The built in mm-N-s system of units will have MPa as the default stress/pressure unit.
There are also many config options related to new or imported part units:
template_solidpart
template_designasm
start_model_dir
pro_unit_Sys
intf_profile_dir
import_profiles_step (also nx,catia,parasolid...)

But more importantly you can also solve this using results templates with saved units in the template.
Built in templates are at a similar path to this and you can replace them if you want them different.
C:\Program Files\PTC\Creo 9.0.3.0\Common Files\applications\simulate\text\results_templates
The built in templates are automatically selected with the icon circled green.
The one circled in red will let you choose one, defaulting to the directory set in the config file.sim_pp_template_dir
Config option
sim_pp_template_dir (folder for user defined templates)
Snapshot of my built-in template folder.
To make a new template or revise a template, from the results window file save as *.rwt (results template)
Of course you would need to check to put the units into the template. (otherwise it defaults to the part/assembly units)
The templates are human readable text files that might be worth looking over.
Finally templates are used in simulation process guides, where a hyperlink pulls up the desired results from the named template.
Defining in the edit template dialog.(The result template action link ties to a previously defined step that is task type Analysis)
