Creo 2 Simulate to Creo 3 Any known issues?

We are due to upgrade from Creo 2 Simulate to Creo 3 Simulate in a couple of weeks. Are there any known issues or pitfalls between these versions?

example 6: creo simulate 2.0 m080 vs. creo simulate 3.0 m130

without multithreading 10-20% analysis -> more time
