Creo 6.0 Live Simulation No Results

Hi, i have a problem.

My Live Simulation don't show result, it show 0 MPa, like picture.

I need help because i tried fix but i can't

I tried everything in the post, but for me it didn't work

the material is correct, I already tried to configure the working directory even so nothing happens

Video card is updated

Admin mode

C:\Users\<USERNAME>\AppData\Roaming\PTC\Creo ...it's OK

my suggestion ... report the problem to PTC Support >>> open Case and you will see...
