The issue got resolved in Creo 9.0.1.0. There was a problem in the previous versions of Creo Ansys Simulation.

A SPR has been filed as the error has been replicated by PTC tech support. So now we need to wait for them to figure out the cause of the error.

I got it also in Creo 9.0.4.0
That could be some other problem as the specific problem that I had faced in Creo 8 was finally resolved in Creo 9.0.1.0.
