Creo Simulate - Crashing with Traceback

Hello every one

When starting autoGEM or Analysis and Design Studies, Creo crashes/forces close.

I am using Creo version 8.0.5 & 9.0.3. When I use 8.0.5 it runs well no problem, but every time I use Creo 9 or 10 it's always crashes
