Creo Simulate solver error - "the output file of the solver is damaged on line #68"

Hi, 

After the successful run of my Creo Simulate Solver, I now get an error window, that tells me, that "the output file of the solver is damaged on line #68". Please find the error attached (it's in German). 

Does anyone have an idea, how to avoid this happening?
