Defining sling for lifting load analysis in creo simulate

Hello All,

I am checking the carrying capacity of I section beam. I have applied 3000kg of load downwards divided equally into 8 bottom lugs. Two top lugs are tied to sling/rope leading towards a single point. I have created beams in creo simulate 7.0 to replicate the ropes using two end points - one on lug and one on top at a certain height..

see attached pictures for your reference

However after running simulation I am observing a high point load on lug where the beam starts. This seems to be something unusual. I believe the load should spread on the hole of lifting lug. Can you please advise if you have any suggestion to improve the definition of sling/rope in creo simulate? is there any better way to perform it? I would highly appreciate your help with it.

I would simplify the FEM model (example).
