Hi All,
I would like to create a torsional moment diagram with Creo Simulate. See attached example.
is this possible with Creo Simulate?
Kind regards

Thierry,
Try modeling your problem using beam elements. In my quick example I have a beam made up of 3 similar cross sections, so I can load the middle portion as you show. You will need to constrain the ends to run the analysis. This is not the only way to set this problem up with beams, just a quick method that is pretty straight forward. Once you have run the analysis go into results and under DISPLAY TYPE use the GRAPH feature, which has a sub-category for SHEAR/MOMENT. My example was done in WF5, but Creo Sim should have all the same functionality.
Hope this helps,
Jon
