thank you very much for your answer... i tried to modify the material as you indicated but i still can't submit my part with the maximum load (breaking load of the part) that i need... do you thing i forgot to clearly define my material (Attached)?

Can you please take a look at my construktion (attached) ? i've been trying to simulate this for more than two months to no avail... (tensile strenght= 1000MPA, yield strength = 640 Mpa)
