May I ask for help about mechanism with ball and friction wheel contact

Hi everyone.

I'm trying to build a mechanism that when the wheel shown at the picture rotates, ball at the center(it it assembled as 'ball' like how we make ball bearing) spin too.

and i can not find how...T.T

help please!
