I need an idea for a garbage compactor. I have an ongoing idea for a compacting system but I would like to make it more elaborate. The idea is that the garbage is compacted using a pressing tool or a scissor mechanism. I am looking for any other mechanical ways to compact garbage that is currently in use in the industry. I am also looking for an idea on what kind of FEA analysis I should perform for these mechanisms. Any ideas would be a lot of help. I am trying to consolidate different ideas to create a new one.
