Post Processing Mechanica Output

I have a question regarding the retrieval of output results from the native Mechanica stress analysis solver. I have been performing stress analyzes on an assembly I have in Mechanica and have used the native solver to compute the results. I have no problem with the analysis and can observe my results in the standard visual results window. However, now that I have run my analysis, I want to go back and look at element by element information. For instance, I need to know each element's volume and the maximum principal stress for that element. However, other than visually outputting the results, i'm not sure how to retrieve any tabular data regarding the volume and stress data I mentioned. I have tried changing my output files to ASCII and looking inside the analysis folder, but i'm not sure how the data is arranged or how to organize it. An additional problem I have is that I would like to stick with native mode in Mechanica. My assembly contains a lot contact surfaces and they were easy to model with Mechanica and analyze using native mode. So, I know one solution would be to use FEM mode and output to ANSYS or other program, but I would like to avoid this. Would anyone happen to have any experience pulling tabular data out of Mechanica output files or have any solutions to the problem I have presented. Any insights would be greatly appreciated.
