WOW, thanks for all the responses. Those of you who suggested
ProPrintExecute are correct. That function will not only output a TIFF
file but also a JPEG (which is what I'm really after). If you "Print"
through the UI on a drawing and click the + sign next to the Destination
you can "Add" more printer types. One of those types is a JPEG.
Therefore you can use the same printer type in ProPrintExecute. Thanks
to all who replied.
