Summary: WF2 Mechanism Weirdness

Well, it turns out that it seems to work fine in WF4. We hope to be
moving this last WF2 client to WF4 soon, perhaps yet this month, so it
will then be a non-issue.

The only suggestion I received were to create regen values for the
mechanism so that if it does get messed up a regen should set it right
and to make sure my TL assy is put together with mechanism constraints
as well. Since the move to WF4 will fix it, I'm just ignoring it for
now. 😛
