By using the word torque, I'm assuming you mean a moment reaction at a contstraint in a static or contact analysis. Within the simulate application, go to the home tab, run section, and select Measures. In the new window choose moment for quantity and choose whether you want a magnitude or a certain component realtive to the world coordinate system. Then click the arrow next to contraints and select your constraint. Then click the arrow next to points and select the point at which you want the moment evaluated. Hit OK.
