I am attempting to create my first UDF. I have read various guidlines, but it would really by helpful if anyone could share their insights as to the do's and dont's of UDF creation. Or even share an example of a plastic screw boss to help me understand how they function.
The boss design is only for a PT screw. I need to either have a family table and/or ask the user for nominal screw diameter, max. screw length, part nominal wall, and mating wall thickness. Also, how do you handle if the boss is on a flat plane vrs. a curved surface?
