When demoting or revise (Per Windchill) a file in Windchill 8.0 , it is
default that you "must" go to the next revision?
Example: 0.3 revise -> 1.0
We like to keep the revision, and go to the next iteration. Is that
possible?
We what to do this: 0.3 revise -> 0.4
