So, we just changed our license servers over, and after pointing the software to the new server, this is the error I get. Any advice?
Joel,
I guess that Windows Firewall is TURNED ON on the new server. This prevents clients to access licenses.

Some licenses are conected with computer names.
I had that error before when i changed computer name
I am having the same problem. Called my system administrator, and he said he changed LAN card on the server. It turns out MAC id on License file is of old (dead) LAN card, hence now PRO-E will not work until I can get new License file with MAC id of new LAN card.
