Hello,
I tried to create mapped hexamesh for a full symmetric geometry. The first side was OK, but the second side is not. Error nitice can be seen at picture:
The two mesh region is total same. What is the reason of this errror?
Thanks
Roland
Can you compress the file to a .zip and attach it?
Hi,
I made the volume region attached to the geometry and not to the plane.
Bye
What is your creo version?
Creo 5.0.3
Try changing your part accuracy to 0.001 instead of 0.005. It has something to do with the accuracy of the spline.
Also these images demonstrate how to map the mesh. I prefer to use all points/vertexes.
Yes of course symmetry is nice and I omitted the fillets. I am hoping the accuracy change is what solves the problem because I could not map until I did the accuracy change to 0.001mm
please check the sketch 1
The sketch 1 is a simple and closed contour. What should I check on it?
