Sagar,

I cannot identify the difference from your pictures.

Weigh your model once again

In Creo 2.0 open a part, click File > Prepare > Model Properties.

Then click change in Mass Properties row and click Generate Report in Mass Properties dialog box.

Go back to drawing and update its contents to see proper value in MASS column.

How to weigh a model

Then click change in Mass Properties row and click Generate Report in Mass Properties dialog box.

Go back to drawing and update its contents to see proper value in MASS column.

MARTIN ,

That's what I am asking which parameter should I enter to get mass listed of all the parts in the BOM. (Like for part serial number we enter RPT - INDEX.)

SAGAR CHOPRA

Sagar,

use asm.mbr.PRO_MP_MASS

asm.mbr.PRO_MP_MASS THIS IS NOT COMING IN MY SYSTEM.I HAVE ATTACHED THE IMAGE THAT ALL OPTIONS ARE COMING UNDER mbr CATEGORY

Use User Defined and enter PRO_MP_MASS

MARTIN

THANKS IT IS COMING BUT THERE IS A VARIATION IN MASS SHOWING IN BOM AND MASS SHOWING IN PART MODELING.

Thanks Martin I got it now.

Hi Martin,

I have a doubt in similar context. In my assembly there are several sub-assemblies having quantity greater than one. The weight that is shown in BOM table is only for one and hence my total weight does not come right. How can I multiply weight with quantity?

Hi,

please open new discussion if you have a problem. It does not make any sense to add reply to 2-years old discussion. Also you have to provide data for testing purposes,
