loosening gap stiffness to improvrconvergence

I am using Creo Simulate Release 4.0 and DatecodeM150

we are tryin to RUN Static Structual Contact analysis, it is running form 48hrs still, Run is not completed, want to know how to optimise and know the issue, how to resolve it
