I just tried to create an PTC account and got the following email:
"Thank you for creating a PTC.com Customer Account!
There has been an error - please contact support"
Unfortunately, as there has been an error, I cannot open a case or report a problem. I always get the message:
"Access Denied - Insufficient Privileges"
So, how do I contact support then?
