thermal - cfd coupling

Hi,

I have to analyse an heatsink that is in a box (electronics material).
It's only cooled by natural convection which is very bad (because of the box with just few vents).

So I'll probably have to use a CFD analysis software to see how air can flow though vents of the box.

So, is someone have an idea on how to do this ?

Does I have to use a CFD software for thermal and cfd analysis (wich one) ?
Or, can I do something with mechanica alone or with something else ?

Thanks for any advice,

GB

CFdesign by Blue Ridge Numerics is the best software to use for this
analysis. It works well with Pro/E and is very easy to learn and use. I've
done several project just as you have described with great success.

Good Luck.
