It would be great if it was possible to specify how a colour is published to PDF and separated.

EG: Colour Ctrl stream name = customCol

       colour {100,55,0,0}
       type named

Publish to PDF using 'Colour Mode = CMYK + Spot Colour'

In Acrobat view the colour separations and any named colours are printed as spot

It would be good to have a drop down in the 'New Custom Colour' dialog to select if you want the named colour to be output as CMYK, RGB or SPOT

A flag to specify whether the colour is output as 'named' can be provided. If 'false', the colour will be output using the colour values. If 'true' the existing behaviour of outputting a named colour would be maintained. The default value would be 'true'.
