Please add a capability to pretty print XML after typing "edit -current -untagged" into command line. As it is, the raw XML code that is displayed wraps and it practically unreadable.
Thank you for this suggestion. At this time we find that the majority of users are satisifed with the ACL command "edit -current -untagged" or the "Edit Selection as XML source" for their advanced editing needs.
Thanks for looking into this. This was not merely a suggestion. It was a request by Oracle, one of you biggest Arbortext editor customers, for something that we need. Many writers have asked for this. If we cannot get this from PTC, many of us will be forced to acquire copies of Oxygen to be able to pretty print the XML. I know that we are already getting pressure from some writers to switch from Arbortext to Oxygen because they like it better. We want to be able to curtail these. We are doing a lot of DITA development here....extending Arbortext, extending our CCMS, and this capability will help us troubleshoot our many development efforts.
