Thanks to the help of PTC Support. Locate the smaprocedure.mod file. Then locate the element declarations from there. Find <!element procgroup. Just beneath it is the ATTLIST procgroup, I added %select-atts; to the list. I am now able to profile procgroups. Thanks for all the help.
