Bursting: XPath Support for <locnrule sourcetype="graphic" …/>

Hello!

We need XPath support for <locnrule sourcetype="graphic" …/> in Burst-configuration files

	<dmslocation>
This works already:	<locnrule sourcetype="text" expr="concat(@windchill.location, substring('', 1 div not(@windchill.location)))"/>
This is our enhancement request:	<locnrule sourcetype="graphic" expr="concat(@windchill.location, substring('', 1 div not(@windchill.location)))"/>
	</dmslocation>

Note: When a @sourcetype="graphic" is checked in into an Information Structure, it should automatically create the content holder for that graphic.
