Editable Link Level Attribute For Package

It is interesting to have the ability to create attributes for links between a package and the WTDocuments associated to it.

For example: add the "status", specifying the reason why a WTDocument was included in that specific package. Notice that this information is not a document information, neither is a package information. It is an information that only exists between a document and a package.
