In Windchill 10.0 M040, all Workflow templates are created at the Site level, but Groups can be defined at either the Site or Organization level. When specifying Participants for a workflow task, a search of Groups only returns Groups that were defined at the Site level. Our customer wants to make Groups that were defined at the Organization level available as workflow task participants. This would allow them to have Organization-level administrators to create and modify Groups used by the workflow without needing Site-level administrative access.
