To cut down on publish to pdf time for our schematics, we are creating them as pdfs to remove the time required to convert them to a different format. When you place an eps, or pdf file in Isodraw, then export it as a pdf it will not be searchable. If the original pdf is searchable then the outputted pdf will also be searchable.
