Enhance the feature 'Make Last Page Multiple of...'

Requesting the functionality to use 'Last Page Multiple of...' but to also allow the back cover page to be kept as the very last page of the final printed document.

Currently the extra pages to make the document a multiple of is added after the very last page.

We have the same need. After publishing to pdf and when it needs to be printed to a book, someone needs to manually insert white pages before the back cover page. So, more options taking a back cover into account could make our overall process more lean.

We too have this issue.  Took a bunch of custom coding to make it work.
