FIX SVG export from Isodraw

If items are outside the hatched box in Isodraw show up when exporting to SVG. They do not show up when exporting to CGM. The suggestion from PTC support was to mask and clip. The issue with this is that it merges the layers together. This needs to be fixed.

 

Final response from PTC Support.

 

We concluded that enhancing the clipping functionality would be rather complex and would require a project for a future release.  But it would be beneficial for the customer to create a Product Idea, to have Product Management review the idea and make a decision regarding a future enhancement.

@bfriesen   Sorry for delayed reaction. And thanks again for your initial suggestion.

Given the product roadmap, priorities and resources, product managers are typically forced to make tough choices on what to implement, keep in the backlog or put aside... It is not necessarily a judgement on the sole merit of a particular idea. Rather, they make a call on fitness of ideas related to a larger context.

This issue would affect every user of Isodraw. Please consider fixing it. If I export to Jpg, tiff, or PNG it operates as expected using the dimension drawing size. I use drawing size and svg and it shows extra content.
