Handle DITA Topic title with special characters(i.e. apostrophe) in Windchill SIM object names

Windchill SIM object names are converted the apostrophe(') converts as quotes(") when we do the check-in WINDCHILL SIM.

 

For example, in my topic title the content like this:

 

<concept><title> Install firefighter's alarm unit (LCE)</title>

 

After check-in Windchill SIM the windchill object name converted as like Install firefighter"s alarm unit (LCE)

 

See attachment. There is no feature in burst configuration to control this. Already we opened support case and r&d team confirmed.
