Pagesets for rectobb and versobf should be native in styler

The need to set the page number and word "Blank"  for a blank page on the preceding page is often requested and required. In the current state of styler, this means a number of source edits -- on every pageset. I'd like to see this supported natively in styler.

This should be addressed using native APP source edits.
