Parts Table Format Builder Enhancement

Once a complete System containing various subassemblies has been setup in PTC Windchill QS 11.0 and has been calculated for instance for MIL Part Method 217 the requirement might come along that this System shall also be calculated using a different Method like Siemens. In this case various changes have to be applied to the many parts contained in all the subassemblies which should be easily accessible via the Part Table to be displayed there with the option to be changed there. This reduces the amount of work significantly as not every sub window like prediction data needs to be opened for every individual part.

Unfortunately the Parts Table which contains the Format Builder option allows to arrange a column for 217 Quality but not the Quality Level and Type as required in the changed prediction menu when changing from MIL to Siemens Calculation. Trying to do this via export and import of an excel list is a way around it, but its not comfortable and not time effective.

So please insert in the Format Builder all fields being selectable which are important for the different settings and calculation modes possible. Siemens would be preferred at first.

The Format Builder here does not contain the option....

for instance Type and Qualitiy Level ....

to be mapped into the parts table.

There might be other parameters as well which have not been checked yet, but this has become obvious during testing the software and whether it is worthwhile buying it.

To be able to switch easily between calculation methods and make required changes to parameters more effective would be a great benefit.
