Provide an option for ALD's RGB colour conversion to match Adobe's

Provide options for the following:

  • Default CMYK to RGB conversion formula to match that used by Adobe - this should be a preference
  • Graphic display to use the same conversion
  • Graphic display handing to also use embedded colour profiles to ensure the screen representation is correct

At present CMYK to RGB conversion not up to the mark. There were major colour dropout issues. Please fix in upcoming version.
