We make representations via ACM and via AE directly to the PE engine. The ACM sent jobs are visible through the WVS Job Monitor, only. The AE sent jobs are visible through the Arbortext Publishing Engine webpage queue list, only.
We would like to be able to see ALL of the currently running jobs through the same interface, seeing where they are in the queues, and having the ability to reorder, promote or deprecate jobs, as we currently do with the PE webpage queue.
