For some writers, it is very confusing to have an extra space between an inline element with hidden attributes and the next character. Especially if the next character does not require an extra space next to it (for example, a period). When the attributes are shown, there is no issue. If the element in the editor could be enhanced to remove this space that would make for a much better writing experience using Arbortext!
